Don't wait for your body to feel energized before you work out. You will be waiting a long time! Put your body into motion and create the energy. Once you start to workout, your body will start to feel more energized.
Nothing will change until you do. Get started with a routine and push yourself a little more each time. Stay persistent and consistent. In time you will start to see and feel changes taking place and your strength will increase.
As your muscles start to grow through strength training and as you start to shed some of the excess fat around those muscles through proper diet and nutrition your body will start have more definition throughout.
